At RING KONG we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, our 30-day returns policy makes it simple and straightforward.

Quick Summary

  • 30 days to return items from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Return labels available: We can arrange a return for you, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Faulty/Damaged items: Covered separately under our warranty (see below).

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@ringkong.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if requested, a prepaid return label.

    • The cost of this label depends on weight/size and will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Pack the item securely with original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  4. Ship the package back to us (using our label or your own carrier).

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and resalable.

  • All tags and packaging must be included and in good condition.

  • The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

    • Underwear or mouthguards (hygiene reasons).

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Gift cards.

  • Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ringkong.com with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

Heavy & Oversize Items

Due to logistical complexity, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for heavy or oversize products (e.g., punching bags over ~25 kg). Warranty coverage for faults or damage still applies.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you ship the return yourself, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return does not meet the above requirements, it may be declined and you will need to pay to have the item sent back to you.
