Judge.me — Product Reviews
Judge.me collects verified purchase reviews directly on our product pages. Only customers who have purchased a product can leave a review, ensuring every rating comes from a real buyer with first-hand experience.
Our Facebook page accepts recommendations from authenticated users. Facebook reviews are tied to real profiles, adding an extra layer of accountability and transparency to every recommendation.
Our Commitment to Transparency
RING KONG is committed to full transparency in how customer reviews are collected, displayed, and managed. We do not cherry-pick, reorder, or suppress reviews based on their rating. All reviews — positive, negative, and neutral — are displayed as submitted.
We do not offer incentives, discounts, or rewards in exchange for positive reviews. We do not use gating practices to filter out negative feedback before publication. Every customer who has interacted with RING KONG has an equal opportunity to share their experience.
Our Review Policy
RING KONG does not remove or edit customer reviews except in cases of:

- Offensive, abusive, or hateful language

Each platform we partner with has its own verification mechanisms to protect against fraudulent or misleading reviews:

- Judge.me
- Reviews are tied to confirmed order data from our store. Only customers with a completed purchase can submit a verified review, ensuring first-hand product experience.
- Recommendations are linked to authenticated Facebook profiles. Users must have a real, active account to leave feedback, adding personal accountability to each review.
RING KONG does not solicit, purchase, or fabricate reviews on any platform. Our reputation is built entirely on genuine customer experiences.
