Heavy & Oversize Items

  • Mexico: Heavy items (over ~25kg) may include a fixed surcharge. Express may not be available.

  • USA, Canada, Spain: We currently do not ship filled punching bags/stands. Where available, we offer empty bags to fill locally.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders before 2:00 pm (CDMX) ship same day (Mon–Fri).

  • After cut-off or on weekends/public holidays, orders ship next business day.

Customs & Duties

  • Mexico: No customs for domestic orders (IVA included).

  • International (USA, Canada, Spain, other countries): Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your local customs. These charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
