Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

The same product in a different size (if that size is the same price), or

A different product of equal value.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Email us at info@ringkong.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We’ll provide return instructions.

Ship the item back to us with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and resalable.

All tags and packaging must be included and in good condition.

The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

Mouthguards, groin protectors, underwear, or similar hygiene products.

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards.

Final sale / clearance items.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your combat sports gear arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at info@ringkong.com with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — with no return shipping cost to you.
