How we select coaches

Every coach in the RING KONG network is evaluated against four pillars: coaching credentials (verified certifications, competitive background, and recognized training lineage), athlete development (documented track record of developing fighters from beginner to competition-ready), training methodology (structured programs, technical proficiency, and commitment to fighter safety), and active involvement (ongoing participation in the combat sports community through competition corners, seminars, or continued education).

Coaches must maintain active involvement in athlete development and uphold professional coaching standards to remain in the network. This page is reviewed and updated regularly by the RING KONG editorial team.
